Where is The Seaboards?
At Anse La Mouche on the south-west coast of Mahe, Seychelles. Anse La Mouche beach is a two-minute walk away, and Seychelles International Airport is about 25 minutes by car.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out may be possible for an extra charge; just ask us.
What kind of accommodation do you have?
Seven apartments with ten rooms in a tropical garden: three One Bedroom Apartments (up to 4 guests), three Two Bedroom Apartments (4 to 6 guests, each bedroom with its own bathroom) and one Superior King Room (2 guests). Every apartment has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a kitchen.
Is there a restaurant?
Yes. Ezzy Food, our open-air restaurant in the garden, serves breakfast from 08:30 to 10:30, lunch from 11:30 to 14:00 and dinner from 18:45 to 21:00, with Creole and international dishes, sushi, and a bar.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. When you book direct for five nights or more, our shuttle collects you from the airport or jetty on arrival and takes you back on departure, free of charge. Shorter direct stays get €24 a night to spend at Ezzy Food instead, and we can arrange transfers on request. Bookings made until 12 April 2027 get 10% off the room instead of the €24 credit.
Is there a swimming pool and parking?
Yes. There is a swimming pool with day beds in the garden, and guest parking on site.
Are taxes included in the price?
Our room prices include taxes.
Can I spend the day at The Seaboards before a late flight?
Yes, with our day pass: an apartment for the day and a SCR 500 food and beverage credit to spend on lunch and drinks at Ezzy Food, our restaurant, for €150 for two people. Subject to availability; please book at least 24 hours ahead.
Can you arrange excursions?
Yes. We arrange twenty excursions, from Cap Lazare nature reserve down the coast to catamaran days in Ste Anne Marine Park and day trips to Praslin and La Digue. Book your stay direct and save 10% on them.
What is the best way to book?
Book direct on our website to see live availability and our direct prices, with a free dinner from seven nights, free airport and jetty transfers from five nights (or €24 a night to spend at Ezzy Food on shorter stays) and 10% off selected excursions. Until 12 April 2027, direct bookings also get 10% off the room (in place of the €24 credit on shorter stays).
